The camp will run daily
from 9:00 am – 4:30 pm with an early departure on Thursday at 12:30 pm. It is limited to the
first 150 kids.
The CP3 Youth Camp seeks to develop a positive all-around athlete on and off the court, giving
campers an opportunity to fully realize their potential in an enriching, fun, and safe
environment – an environment that encourages teamwork, gamesmanship, self-confidence,
respect, and dedication to the game of basketball. The CP3 Youth Camp is committed to the
development of fundamental skills and technique enhancement.
In only his first five years in the league, Paul has already been named a three-time NBA All-
Star, All-NBA First Team selection, NBA All-Defensive First Team member, NBA Rookie of the
Year and a gold medalist with the 2008 US Olympic team. Off the court, he has also made his
mark in the New Orleans and Winston-Salem communities through his CP3 Foundation. The
CP3 Foundation has refurbished basketball courts at the Rupert Bell Recreation Center,
established the Nathaniel Jones Scholarship Fund in memory of his late grandfather and has
benefited numerous other charities in Forsyth County.
The camp is open to boys and girls ages 8-16 and will cost $250.00 per camper, which
includes a Jordan Brand t-shirt, photo with Chris Paul and instruction from some of the top
coaches.
Prior to the Youth Camp, Chris will also be holding his third annual CP3 Elite Guard Camp
from June 11-14. The Elite Guard Camp, which is invitation-only, will consist of the top 30 high
school point guards from around the country, including 15 select players from his home state
of North Carolina. The top 15 collegiate point guards from around the country will also be onhand
as counselors. The camp will allow the future stars of tomorrow to finish off their
summer competing against the best and learning from some of the games best instructors.
