Coach Spotlight: Josh Banks

Middle Creek High School in suburban Raleigh's Cary only opened in 2002 and went to all four grades (9-12) in 2004. The football history gained a boost in 2007 when it hired Sean Crocker. He won 12 games in '09, and followed up with nine wins last season. One reason for the recent success is three-year starter Josh Banks.

"Josh is easy going, well-mannered, and just a good person," Crocker said. "He's not only my best player on the defensive line, but my hardest worker. Josh has such a strong drive to push himself to get better. He'll never take a break going as hard as he can until he can't go anymore."
