Robert Conyers, offensive lineman from Braddock High School in Fla., just concluded a busy summer of unofficial visits. The Sunshine State prospect is looking at a list of 18 offers, but talked about a top six.

"We just started our first practices today," the 6-foot-5, 287-pound athlete said. "So I'm done with visits for the summer.

"I've visited a bunch of schools- Vanderbilt, Duke, Wake Forest, Western Michigan, Michigan State, USF, UCF, Northwestern. I went to camp at Georgia and LSU."

Conyers continued about his unofficial visits.

"I'd have to say the schools that stood out to me most on visits were Duke and Michigan State," he said. "Michigan State is a really great school. The academics are great and so are the athletics. The campus is really big and nice. It definitely stood out."

The scope of Conyers' decision has changed following his month of closely packed campus visits.

"I haven't named my top three, but I have named my top six," the Miami, Fla. native said, as follows, "Vanderbilt, Duke, USF, FIU, Michigan State and Wake Forest."

Conyers hears from the 18 offered schools on a regular basis.

"They're all pretty much in contact the same amount," he said. "I get emails and letters every day."

Conyers has started two-a-day practices with his team, focusing on conditioning before his final high school season.
