Cameron Posey has received scholarships offers from four schools and interest from a number of others. Still recovering from an injury, the wide receiver will spend the remainder of his summer making visits and focusing on improvements for his final season at American Heritage High School in Florida.

"I had wrist surgery a couple of months ago," the 6-2, 180-pound athlete said, "So I won't be doing any camps; but I'm going to be ready to play in a month."

The Delray Beach, Fla. athlete discussed his offers.

"I have offers from Illinois, Purdue, Western Michigan and Bowling Green," Posey said. "I haven't visited any of them yet, but I would say that Purdue and Bowling Green are keeping up with me the most."

Recently, Posey has been hearing from Wake Forest and Minnesota.

"I've been talking to them on a weekly basis- Coach Galloway at Wake and Coach Reese at Minnesota," he said.

"I might visit Wake Forest this summer, sometime within the next month. I'll most likely end up visiting Purdue too, but after that I don't know."

"I want to make my decision during the season," he added.

Despite his injury, Posey continues to work out with his team.

"Right now we're working out five times a week at school and doing 7-on-7 on Saturdays," he said. "We'll start two-a-days on August 8th, and I should be ready for our first game on August 26th."

Posey described the areas he'd like to improve on the field.

"I can only get faster," he said. "I'm going to work on speed, route running, and focusing on catching the ball."
