Ryan Janvion collects five

Ryan Janvion is a 5-10, 180-pound safety out of Dade Christian High School in Miami, Fla. The class of 2012 prospect has five scholarship offers and eager to hear from others. Janvion talked of a visit to Wake Forest.

"I have offers from
Wake Forest, Duke, BC, FIU and Rutgers," Ryan Janvion said.

"The only program of those that I've gotten to see was Wake. I took an unofficial visit last year with my coach and another player.

"It's a really good atmosphere and has a high graduation rate. What's really important for me is good academics and athletics."

Janvion has yet to make any junior day visits, but plans to attend a couple of camps this summer. He also discussed the schools he's hearing from most regularly.

"Definitely Coach Mac from Wake Forest, and also Coach Wimberly from Kansas. That's about it," he said.

The safety is looking for the chance to play early "somewhere not too far from home," and would also like to hear from Miami and Stanford.
